Privacy Policy

Account details (name, email), the answers you give in the intake, the documents you upload (which routinely contain sensitive business and financial information), messages sent through the service, and basic usage records (when links are opened, which documents are accessed).

One thing: preparing and sharing your sale materials. Uploaded documents are processed — including by AI systems — to file them, extract figures, and draft the one-pager, offering memorandum, and data-room answers. Our team reviews the results. We don’t sell your data, and we don’t use your documents to advertise to anyone.

Your deal team at Multiworks, and the brokers and buyers who receive an access link created at your direction — buyers only in stages (teaser first, memorandum after an NDA, documents after an LOI). Access links can be revoked at any time.

We run on infrastructure and AI providers under agreements that limit them to processing data on our behalf: hosting and database (Vercel, Supabase), AI processing (Anthropic), transactional email (Resend), and error monitoring (Sentry). Model providers we use do not train on this data.

Documents are stored encrypted at rest in access-controlled storage; downloads go through short-lived signed links; buyer and broker access is tokenized, rate-limited, and audit-logged. No system is perfectly secure — tell us immediately if you believe an access link has leaked and we will revoke it.

We keep your data for the length of your engagement. Ask us to delete and we remove your documents, extracted data, and access links, keeping only what the law requires. Audit logs of who accessed what may be retained to protect all parties to the deal.

You can access, correct, export, or delete your information at any time by asking. California residents have the rights described in the CCPA, including the right to know and the right to delete; we do not sell personal information.
